Say hello to Siri, a 3-year-old rescue dog who has been patiently waiting for a home for more than 400 days. With her permanent pout, it’s hard not to notice her unique feature – her frown seems to have superpowers! Despite her long stay at the SPCA of Wake County since December 2021, Siri’s affectionate personality has only flourished and her love knows no bounds. According to Samantha Ranlet, a marketing communications specialist at SPCA of Wake County, Siri is an absolute sweetheart.

The SPCA of Wake County welcomed Siri into their care after she was surrendered by her previous owners. She had spent her entire life outside with a dog companion, but unfortunately, they began to fight over food. The family hoped to find Siri a new home and brought her to a small shelter, where the staff instantly fell in love with her. However, due to limited space and resources, they were unable to keep her for long. Fortunately, the SPCA of Wake County came to the rescue and took Siri under their wing.

The SPCA of Wake County is a shelter that partners with other shelters to rescue pets and give them more time to find a home. One of their success stories is Siri, who needed the extra time to find her forever home. Despite their best efforts, Siri’s adoption process took over a year and unfortunately, all 11 people who expressed interest in adopting her fell through.

The SPCA of Wake County is currently seeking a loving family to adopt Siri, a sweet dog who has yet to find her forever home. However, there seems to be a slight issue hindering her adoption process- Siri’s wary nature around other dogs. Though she used to have dog friends, a negative experience has made her growl and bark at other canines. Her caretakers have tried to introduce her to other dogs, but Siri does not desire new friendships with them anymore. As a result, the SPCA of Wake County is looking for a dog-loving family who can provide Siri with the attention and care she needs without accommodating another dog in their home.

The SPCA of Wake County is currently caring for a lovely dog named Siri, who is waiting for her forever family. Siri enjoys spending time with her friends at the shelter and they have grown to love her company. Despite not being very energetic, Siri is easygoing, loves cuddles, chewing on toys, and snacking. Her simple joys in life are what make her unique. Siri’s adorable frown has captured the hearts of all caregivers at the shelter. They find it hard to resist giving her everything she wants because of her big, pouty eyes and frown, which seem to have superpowers.

The SPCA of Wake County had a furry friend named Siri who spent 13 months under their care. But during her stay, she was temporarily placed in a foster home. Although it wasn’t a permanent arrangement, Siri immediately formed a bond with her foster dad. Seeing her in a different environment allowed them to witness her calm and happy demeanor, which only surfaced when she felt safe and secure.

The Wake County SPCA recently fostered a dog named Siri who quickly formed a strong bond with her temporary caretaker. Despite the affection shared, the shelter is hopeful that Siri will soon find her forever home with someone who will appreciate her love and snuggles. Ranlet and her team continue to dote on the sweet dog until she is adopted. The SPCA is in awe of Siri’s ability to capture the hearts of everyone around her.
