After saving a poor dog from probable death, a group of construction workers in Pasaje Canton, Ecuador, have been hailed as heroes.
After slipping into an irrigation canal, the men joined together and used their digger to save the dog from drowning. The rescue was captured on camera, and the video quickly went viral!
Some of the crew’s coworkers notified them through radio that a dog had fallen into the canal and was being carried towards them by the rapids.
They hurried to save the poor puppy without hesitation. Abel Murillo, one of the employees, went into the excavator’s bucket while his coworker helped him down till he could reach the puppy.
The dog, terrified and perplexed, bit Murillo’s hand, but that didn’t stop the brave builder from rescuing her. The rest of the team then hoisted them both back to safety!
“The dog was almost about to release go because the dog had hit the bucket with the power of the water and tried to get under it,” the hero explained. “Then I grabbed the dog, and it bit me, but it was only a minor bite.”
The crew explained, “We decided to crawl down with a bucket to rescue the dog.” “Thank God we caught it so we could give the animal a second shot at life!”
An innocent person was saved and given a second opportunity thanks to these brave guys. The builders not only saved the puppy, but they also gathered enough money to transport her to the clinic for treatment!
The crew explained, “We decided to crawl down with a bucket to rescue the dog.” “Thank God we caught it so we could give the animal a second shot at life.” It was in poor shape. We collected it and carried it to the vet, who administered shots.”
