My wife and I owned a mini-dachsund for 10 years, named her, “Vienna”, and she was a joy and a blessing to us! She was the runt of the litter, so she developed some medical issues as she got older, but her earlier years were filled with laughter and good times! We miss her til today, she will always be in our hearts Dachshunds are the sweetest funniest dogs and they are great companions. I had a dachshund for 9 years and I miss him every day since he died. His name was Oscar Meyer Wiener.
